How do I connect Modus to my AI tools?
Go to Settings in the app and tap Connect AI Tools. Follow the instructions for Claude or ChatGPT. The connection uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and requires an account with one of those services.
How do I connect Apple Health?
During onboarding, you will be prompted to connect Apple Health. You can also enable or change this in Settings at any time. Modus reads sleep, workout, and activity data. It never writes to or modifies your Apple Health data.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and select Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings and select Export Data. You will receive a complete copy of your information in a portable format.
Is my data shared with anyone?
No. Modus does not sell your data, does not use it to train AI models, and does not share it with third parties. When you connect to an AI tool through MCP, you control what flows through and can disconnect at any time.
